Family-Based Visas

Jurgen G. Negron, P.A. understands the value of reuniting families and keeping them together. As such, we represent family petitioners seeking immigrant visas for their family relatives, including fiancés, spouses, parents, children, and siblings.

Employment-Based Visas

U.S. employers are generally eligible to sponsor foreign workers for lawful permanent residence by extending a job offer. However, distinguished professionals who are at the top of their field or whose proposed work in the U.S. will serve a national interest may be eligible to apply for lawful permanent residence without the need of a job offer in the United States. Our firm represents clients in obtaining lawful permanent residence through employment, including the following:

Investment-Based Visas

Foreign investors wishing to come to the United States on the basis of for-profit activity have the E-2 and EB-5 visas reserved for them. The United States created these visas for the purpose of stimulating the U.S. economy through the creation of new jobs and capital investment by foreign investors.

Special Visas

Foreign nationals who are victims of domestic violence, child abuse, or elder abuse caused by abusive U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents may be eligible to sponsor themselves for lawful permanent residence in the U.S.

Naturalization

Foreign nationals who are victims of domestic violence, child abuse, or elder abuse caused by abusive U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents may be eligible to sponsor themselves for lawful permanent residence in the U.S.U.S. permanent residents may qualify for U.S. citizenship after having been a permanent resident for the last three or five years (depending on which naturalization category they are applying under). Eligibility for U.S. citizenship will also depend on additional factors, including age, physical presence and continuous residence in the U.S., ability to read, write, speak and understand basic English, good moral character, and willingness to adopt the principles and ideals of the U.S. Constitution.
